After an incident that seriously injured Lyon coach Fabio Grosso, a Marseille supporter has been given a four-month prison sentence.

WHAT HAPPENED?
A 22-year-old man was seen on camera hurling stones at the Lyon bus on October 29, and on Thursday he was given a four-month jail sentence. Based on information from [via ], the court was unable to ascertain if the object he hurled caused the windows to break. It remains unknown which assailant launched the projectile that struck Lyon coach, Fabio Grosso.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Last month, several Marseille fans targeted the Lyon squad bus as it was going to the Stade Velodrome as fans hurled stones and other projectiles. The bus windows in Lyon were smashed, and a broken piece of glass hit Grosso in the face. When Grosso arrived at the stadium, he needed multiple stitches and was left with a horrible scar.
